Kristin A Carbone

    Kristin A. Carbone is a heart centered Soulprenuer. She is celebrating 32 years of marriage to her loving husband Michael and is the mother of a fabulously independent teen named Makayla. She is lovingly sandwiched between caring for her daughter and her mother – 93 years young.

    Kristin is passionate about self-care, organic living and helping women carve out time for themselves. Her motto is, “Self-care makes everything work!!” Kristin inspires busy moms and other caregivers to invest in themselves. She offers tips and tools to staying aligned in Mind, Body and Soul, taking them from Stuck to Spectacular!
